How to Book
To complete your reservation, please follow these steps:

Bank Transfer: Make a bank transfer to the following IBAN account. Please include your name and "Spring Conference 2026" in the transfer reference. Please take a screenshot of your payment confirmation, as this will serve as proof of payment.

Complete the Form: After completing the transfer, fill out the Google Form by clicking the button below. You will need to provide your payment confirmation details. (A screenshot of the payment, or a bank invoice)

Confirmation: Once we receive both your payment and form submission, we will send you a confirmation email within 2-3 business days. An invoice can be sent to you for reimbursement by your Junior. (Check the form)

Important: Please note that no refunds are possible once payment has been made.

Please transfer the payment to the IBAN account. The IBAN can be found in the description of the form.
Please note: Your reservation is conditional upon receipt of the bank transfer and completion of the Google Form.
